PRINCIPALS

Gary S. Greenberg, President, joined the Company in 1982 after practicing law for several years. He is a member of the bar associations in California, the District of Columbia and Connecticut. His initial responsibilities as VP General Counsel at Birken included contract administration, environmental compliance, employee benefit programs, financial planning and acquisitions. In 1985, he organized and developed the family real estate company, GFP Realty, LLC. He holds a B.A. degree from Syracuse University and a J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, California where he was an Editor of the Law Review. He became President of the Company in 2003.

Glen Greenberg, Senior Vice President, has been with the Company since 1979. He is responsible for oversight of marketing for Birken and is President of Turbine Controls Incorporated which he began in 1980. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Syracuse University where he was a member of the Dean's Advisory Board.

Miriam Greenberg, Secretary of the Corporation, holds a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and also serves as a marketing VP with oversight of the Estimating Department. Ms. Greenberg has been with the Company in various capacities over the past 20 years.
